The Ask: Logitech G Hub had 10 million users but lived as a utility tool. Most owned just one mouse (1.3 devices per user on average). Logitech saw the opportunity to evolve G Hub from setup software into a community destination, and needed a vision for what that could look like.

Working File Designs

G Hub felt functional but fragmented. 70% of G customers owned just one mouse, with an average of 1.3 devices per user. There was massive untapped potential to deepen the relationship between Logitech G and its most loyal gamers. The brief was to reimagine G Hub and design G Club as a persistent members-only tab, turning a peripheral setup tool into a community, loyalty, and rewards platform.

Three Days, One Prototype

The timeline was tight and the budget was lean. I moved fast. Within three days I had a working high-fidelity prototype ready to present to the client. I reimagined the G Hub interface to feel more intuitive, then designed G Club as a completely new experience layered inside it.

One of my favorite concepts from this project was "Last Played" — inspired by Apple's "Last Found," this feature would show gamers where their device was last used, helping them remember which setup was connected to which game. When I presented this to the client they said "this is so smart, I've never seen or thought of this function before." That moment captured exactly what great UX should do — solve a problem people didn't even know they had. The four core G Club benefits I designed around were Limited Edition Products, User-Facing Data Analytics (think Spotify Wrapped for gamers), Early Access to new hardware and software, and Sweepstakes for dream setup giveaways.

The best product design doesn't just solve a problem, it creates a feeling. For G Club, that feeling was being an insider. Every design decision was built around making gamers feel exclusive, recognized, and rewarded for their loyalty.

What I'm most proud of on this project is the speed and quality of thinking I brought to it. In three days I had a working high-fidelity prototype that made the client say they'd never seen ideas like these before. That's what I love about design. When you deeply understand your users, the right solutions feel inevitable. G Club may be on hold, but it's only a matter of time before something like this exists for gamers everywhere.

Delivered a fully designed, high-fidelity prototype for G Hub and G Club within 3 days on a tight budget and timeline. Concepts were presented to Logitech G leadership and received enthusiastically, with the "Last Played" feature called out as a genuinely novel idea by the client.

The project was put on hold due to development constraints — not because the work wasn't strong. The design is fully realized and ready to build.
